AGREEMENT OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Cambodia Visa.co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.cambodiavisa.co/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in Cambodia and have our registered office at Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens, Kota Kinabalu, KOTA KINABALU, 88000, Cambodia. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use our Site so that you understand which Terms apply. REFUND POLICY

If you proceed to cancel the visa services of Cambodia Visa.co, then you will be eligible for the refund. The refund, in this case, is governed by certain norms that you have to abide by while applying for the refund. The refund policy follows the rules mentioned below:

If you cancel your Cambodia Visa application within four hours of booking, the bank and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the total price. The remainder of the visa application fee will be reimbursed to the visa applicant.
If you cancel your Cambodia Visa within 24 hours of the booking time, 50% of the visa fee will be deducted, including service and bank fees. The remainder of the fee will be remitted to visa applicants.
If you cancel your Cambodia Visa application after 24 hours and after we have processed your visa, you will not be refunded the Cambodia Visa fee.
If the embassy rejects your visa application for any legal reason, you will not be entitled for any refund.
Visa service charges and bank transaction fees will not be refunded in any of the circumstances.
If you apply for a Cambodia Express Visa, you will be charged an additional fee, and there will be no refund permitted for that if you cancel the visa.
Any cancellation request relating to insurance will be denied once the order has been processed.
No refund shall be executed once your application is approved by the Cambodia Visa issuing authorities (i.e., Visa is Posted), you must comply in compliance with the policy.

INSURANCE POLICY

When applying for a visa for your travel the following points regarding the insurance is to be kept in mind:

Applying for travel insurance prior to applying for a travel visa is a must.
After the visa has been issued, the travel insurance fee can be paid.
Only after you have paid in full for travel insurance will you obtain the authorised visa and insurance.
Insurance fee vary from person to person and are subject to change in response to unmentioned variables.
Additionally, you will not be eligible for a refund of the insurance fees if you apply for insurance and wish to cancel it due to a change of plans.
Only travel insurances approved by the Cambodia government will be accepted; no other insurances purchased through private agencies or international organisations will be accepted.
All travel insurance applications must adhere to the COVID 19 rules established by the United Nations. Once you have applied for insurance through us, there is no need to apply through the airlines or a private agency again.

No visa bookings will be processed without an application for travel insurance.

GUIDELINES FOR REVIEW

We may provide you areas on the Site to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:

You should have direct familiarity with the individual or entity being evaluated.
Your reviews must be free of profanity, as well as abusive, racist, insulting, or hateful language.

VISA PROCESSING DURATION

The actual time of visa processing solely depends upon the visa issuing authority. It can take more or less time then that mention on the website. The issuing authority can request more documentation prior to approval. Any application for a visa or other travel documents for any reason may be refused by the issuing authority, and Cambodia Visa.co shall not be given any grounds for refusal.

Cambodia Visa.co does not grant visas and therefore does not promise or assure any document to any issuing authority. We cannot guarantee the time needed to approve or deny a request to the issuing authority. The issuers may decide to issue travel documents of a different kind than that requested by the applicant, which could affect the intent, validity or number of entries. As a result, you should not buy non-refundable tickets or reservations until all appropriate travel documents are obtained for your journey.
